Ceci Bruschetta

After posting about my all too tasty meal at Babbo, I can’t help but reminisce about each and every dish.  I’m pretty sure I can recreate half of the items I consumed that night, but there was one dish that I was pretty sure I could re-create at home.  That dish was our amuse-bouche, the Ceci Bruschetta.
